All-on-4 Dental Implant technique is a revolutionary, new alternative to those uncomfortable dentures and traditional implants. This incredible and proven technology enables patients to benefit from a fully fixed, non-removable arch of teeth and all this is done in a single sitting! The Dental Team at the Specialist Dental Clinic can fit permanent arches of teeth without having to do any bone grafting.
Typical benefits of Same Day Teeth All-on-4 dental implants:
Conventional dentures are not the ideal choice if you have missing teeth that must be replaced. Dentures prove to be uncomfortable and can cause you a lot of embarrassment if they become loose or come out! They are also associated with a various negative effects on day to day oral functions. Often bad breath problems are also associated with the use of teeth dentures. As against this, when you have All-on-4 Dental Implants, your replacement teeth will never slip, will not become loose over time and will never have to be replaced again.
When you visit the Specialist Dental Clinic for Same Day Teeth, All-on-4 Dental Implant treatment, we will first carry out a CT scan or X-ray of your mouth to assess bone quality. If we find any teeth that are badly decayed or will be lost soon, we extract them painlessly. Before the 4 Dental Implants are fitted, you are given a local anesthetic and our Specialist Dentist will then make small incisions in your gum before drilling into the jawbone to create small hollows within which the implants are placed. The implants are then fitted into the gum and the incisions are stitched up. The implants fuse with your jawbone with time. This provides maximum, long term stability.
The positioning of the implants is crucial to the long term success of any Same Day teeth All-on-4 treatment. Our Dentists place two Implants towards the front of the mouth – this helps to take advantage of the dense jawbone that exists there. The other two implants are placed at the posterior of the mouth and are fitted at 45-degree angles.
The Dental Bridge is then attached to the socket of the Implants. Our Dentists attach bridges on the same day that the implants are fitted and you can leave our Clinic with a complete set of teeth which you can start using immediately.
